Trust & Fidelity

Infidelity severely damages trust, whether it is a short or long term affair, an affair of the heart / emotional affair, or a casual encounter.

If both partners are willing to work together, it is possible to repair the damage to trust and even to feel closer than ever before.

Trust & Addictions


A person may be addicted to alcohol, drugs, gambling, sex, pornography, or the Internet.

When a partner complains, the addicted person may promise to change, but often finds that promise difficult to keep, and trust is greatly damaged. Often, individual help is needed to overcome an addiction.

When the addiction is under control, couple counselling can help the couple rebuild damaged trust.
