MINIMIZE PAIN AND BLAME

  • Reduce and manage anger

  • Rebuild your own life

  • Minimize conflict in front of the children

  • Avoid putting the children in the middle

For the sake of the children ....

The most important way to minimize the damage of
separation to your children is to reduce their exposure to conflict between you and the other parent.

If your child is being put in the middle by the other parent, it may be possible to make unilateral
changes on your own part that help to minimize the damage.
